Procurement is a vital part of our operations and helps us to provide high-quality and sustainable services to our customers. 

We work with more than 2,000 suppliers each year, ranging from individual contractors to global corporations. 

Our approach to procurement prioritises the delivery of value for money by cultivating productive relationships with our suppliers; grounded in shared values and ethical practices that are free of conflicts of interest.

With an annual supplier spend of around £250 million, we group our spend strategically into categories and allocate to dedicated team members to manage accordingly. 

This structured approach allows us to streamline our procurement processes and maximise efficiency in our supplier relationships.
